Annulation/Cancelation Policy

Flexible Rates:
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. After this deadline, in case of late cancellation or no-show, a penalty equal to the total booking amount will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rates:
If you choose a non-refundable rate, in case of cancellation or no-show, a penalty equal to the total booking amount will be charged. No refund will be possible.
